Prepare for a session

Please read to prepare for your session

 

KAP Session Preparation Guidelines

1. Light Eating & Toxin Avoidance:

Eat lightly for 24–48 hours before your session, leaving at least 2 hours after your last meal. To the best of your ability, avoid toxins—especially alcohol, cigarettes, or any unhealthy substances—in the days (or at least the day) prior to your session.

2. Hydration & Comfort:

Be well hydrated and bring a bottle of water. Include a yoga mat, a blanket, and an extra layer of clothing and/or socks, as some participants experience temperature changes while the energy works in their system. An eye mask can be very helpful for deeper relaxation.

3. Setting an Intention (Optional):

While not necessary, you may set an intention for your session. Kundalini, or life force energy, is innately intelligent and will provide what you need most. If there’s a habit you wish to change or a circumstance you wish to manifest, take a moment to meditate or contemplate it before the session begins.

4. Mindset:

The most important thing to bring is an open mind. There’s nothing you need to do or learn to receive KAP. Please come without expectations and with the energy of surrender to fully engage with the energy and receive its benefits.

5. Virtual Session Setup (If Applicable):

For private or group virtual sessions via Zoom, position your computer (ideally) or phone so that your body is visible from head to at least your knees, horizontally. Ensure this is set up in advance to maintain correct timing for the session. Thank you 🙏🏽
