In order to start to prepare for a session I recommend eating lightly for 24-48 hours prior to your session with at least 2 hours after your last meal before KAP.
To the best of your ability, please avoid toxins as much as possible especially the day before leading to the event. KAP recommends staying away from alcohol, cigarettes and any other substances that are not healthy the in days (or at least one day) prior to the open session.
Please be well hydrated and bring a bottle of water.
Include with you, a yoga mat, a blanket and perhaps an extra layer of clothing and/ or socks as some experience temperature changes as the energy works in their system. I find and eye mask to be very helpful in dropping in deeper.
While not necessary, I suggest setting an intention for this practice. Kundalini, or life force energy, is innately intelligent and will provide what you need most in the session, however, if there is a habit you wish to change or a circumstance you wish to manifest you can set that as an intention and meditate or contemplate it in the time before receiving The energy transmission .
The last and most important thing to accompany you on this journey is an open mind! There is nothing you need to do or learn to receive KAP except please attempt to have no expectations of yourself or the experience and come with the energy of surrender so you can fully engage with this energy and receive!
